This easy rent collection process allows us to get our landlords paid in a timely manner by direct deposit.

Who we are
Southern Property Management Chattanooga is a family owned property management company. I was a realtor for 14 years, and saw an opportunity to help Real Estate clients in another way, because many clients asked us: “Do you manage Rental Properties?” I heard the need, and saw an opportunity to create a new business. That’s how Southern Property Management was born!
With a lot of life lessons learned in a 17 year restaurant service industry career, prior to my 14 year career in Real Estate, I developed many skills that service Southern Property Management well.
