Our story

How it all started

Southern Property Management Chattanooga is a family owned property management company. I was a realtor for 14 years, and saw an opportunity to help Real Estate clients in another way, because many clients asked us: “Do you manage Rental Properties?” I heard the need, and saw an opportunity to create a new business. That’s how Southern Property Management Chattanooga was born!

With a lot of life lessons learned in a 17 year restaurant service industry career, prior to my 14 year career in Real Estate, I developed many skills that service Southern Property Management Chattanooga well.

By using all skills acquired in both the Real Estate Industry and Service Industries, we use our knowledge and experience to serve our clients and focus on their needs. We protect our landlord’s interests and focus on improving their bottom line! We always try to save you money where ever we can.

We provide clean and safe properties for our tenants and maintain all of our properties to be in good condition for the landlords and the tenants.
